Ingredients for 8 people

2.2 lbs of ground beef

1 cup of breadcrumbs

2 egg

Spaghetti

2 black olives

Chips

Peppercorns

1 puff pastry

6 lasagna sheets

2.2 lbs of bolognese sauce

10 1/2 oz of mozzarella

2 cups of tomato sauce

Salt & pepper

Cumin

Garlic powder

Fried onions

Step 1/7

Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, cumin, eggs, salt and pepper. Mold the meat into the shape of 6 mice. Shape a large rat with the meat and hollow out the top. Pour some tomato sauce into the hollow then close with the rest of the meat. Create mustaches and tails pieces of raw spaghetti. Add 1 peppercorn to make the noses. Cut small pieces of black olives and stick them on the heads to make eyes. Cover the rat's body with tomato sauce then pour fried onions over it. Add chips to make the rat's ears.

Step 2/7

Cut 1 large rectangle, 1 small rectangle and a U shape in the puff pastry. Roll the small rectangle into a log and draw small lines on it with a knife. Place these between 2 baking trays and 2 sheets of parchment paper then bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.

Step 3/7

Place 2 sheets of lasagna at the bottom of a dish, cover with half of the Bolognese sauce and 1/3 of the mozzarella. Place 2 more sheets of lasagno on top then repeat the process with the rest of the bolognese sauce and 1 other third of mozzarella. Finish with the last 2 sheets of lasagna, a layer of tomato sauce and the rest of the mozzarella. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.

Step 4/7

Glue the cooked dough log to the middle of the large rectangle with ketchup. Place 1 mouse on one of the halves of this rectangle and place the U on it to form 1 mousetrap. Place 1 piece of cheese on the other side. Place all the elements on top of the lasagna. Decorate with ketchup and enjoy!
