Ingredients for 2 people

10 cherry tomatoes

11 mini mozzarella balls

1 pizza dough

4 tbsp of olive oil

1 egg yolk

3 chicken breasts

1 tbsp of chefclub kebab spices

1 red onion

1 tomato

3 1/2 oz of shredded cheese

14 oz of french fries

Salt

White kebab sauce

Parsley

Ketchup


Tools

Step 1/3

Spread the capsules in 3 rows of 7 on the parchment paper, spread the pizza dough on the capsules, flatten the dough so that it matches the shape of the capsules then garnish the spaces with the cherry tomatoes and the mozzarella balls. Fold the pizza dough over the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls, remove the capsules and brush the pizza dough with water. Form cones with aluminum foil. Cut the pizza dough in 2 then roll it around the aluminum cones . Place the cones of dough vertically on a baking sheet, mix the olive oil, the egg yolk then brush the cones of dough with the mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 480°F.

Cook fries according to package instructions. Prick the chicken fillets lengthwise with 2 skewers, cut the fillets in 2 lengthwise then make incisions on each side of the chicken fillets. Mix the olive oil and the Chefclub kebab spices. Brush each side of the chicken fillets with the mixture of spices and oil then cook them on the grill. Seaon with salt.

Step 3/3

Cut the red onion into pieces, the tomato into strips and set them aside. Sprinkle the grated cheese across the grill, sprinkle with red onion then wrap 3 chicken fillets in the cheese crust. Repeat the process once. Garnish the cones with the salad, place the rolled up chicken fillets, remove the skewers then add the tomatoes. Pour the white sauce, sprinkle with parsley then place the garnished cones on a plate with fries. Serve with ketchup and enjoy!
