Total time: 25 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

1 wheel of brie

1 cup of tomato sauce

6 chorizo sausages

puff pastry

potatoes

black olives

bell pepper

onion

Step 1/3

Remove the casing from one of the chorizo, then mix in a pan with the tomato sauce. Cut the top of the brie off and scoop out the center. Mix the cheese into the tomato sauce. Place the tomato sauce mix back into the brie and close the top.

Step 2/3

Wrap the brie in puff pastry and then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Add puff pastry details to look like a mummy, saving room for two eyes made of potatoes and black olives. Cut the remaining 5 sausages in half and wrap with puff pasty to look like mummy fingers, attaching onion cut to look like finger nails. Bake everything for 12-15 minutes at 375 °F until the puff pastry is golden brown and meat is cooked.

Step 3/3

Cut the brie open so it looks like it's bleeding then dip the sausage fingers in the cheese and enjoy.
