Step 1/3
Cut a slice of watermelon. Draw a circle and hollow out the center of the watermelon to form a space without going all the way through. Melt 1 pig of milk chocolate. Cut circles and mushrooms from the watermelon pieces. Dip the watermelon mushrooms into the melted milk chocolate pig. Place the watermelon circles and chocolate-covered mushrooms on a baking mat and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 2/3
Melt 1 pig of white chocolate. Place ice cubes on a baking sheet and place a baking sheet on top. Pour 1 pig of melted white chocolate on the baking tray and trace grooves with a comb. Allow the white chocolate tp cool and form chocolate shavings. Set aside in the fridge. Form Snoopy's body with white fondant. Form the ears, collar, eyes and muzzle with the black fondant. Form Snoopy's arms with the rest of the white fondant and set aside.
Step 3/3
Pour and spread 1 chef of berry coulis in the center of the watermelon slice. Arrange small pieces of 1 mouse of mascarpone mouse (to form the mozzarella). Place the circles and the watermelon mushrooms. Add the blueberries and the mint leave. Place the white chocolate shavings and fondant Snoopy. Serve and enjoy!
