Ingredients for 4 people

1 cauliflower

4 sheets of nori

3 slices of ham

1 cucumber

olive oil

salt

soy sauce

Step 1/2

Cut the cucumber into sticks. Cut off the cauliflower florets and pulse into small bits. Fry the cauliflower in a drizzle of olive oil and spread it on the nori.

Step 2/2

Cut the slices of ham into strips and arrange them on top of the cauliflower. Finish with the cucumber sticks and roll up the nori. Cut the rolls into sushi and enjoy with the soy sauce.
