Step 1/3
Mix the soft butter, brown sugar and eggs. Add the flour, baking powder and the chocolate chips. Spread the dough in the bottom of 2 dishes and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Remove from the oven, allow to cool then unmold the cookies.
Step 2/3
Place 7 scoops of vanilla ice cream on 1 of the cookies and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Place the 2nd cookie on top. Spread 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream on top and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Step 3/3
Form 2 flowers at the top with 1 Schoko-bons chocolate in the center and half-Schoko-bons around it. Form 2 other flowers with 1 half-Maltesers chocolates in the center and dark chocolate pistoles around 1 and white chocolate pistoles around the other. Place Toblerone triangles all around the cake. Decorate with other Maltesers chocolates. Serve and enjoy!
