Trim an ice cream cone so it’s straight, creating a flat surface. Dip the cone in melted dark chocolate, coating it completely, and form a chocolate rim at the base to resemble a witch's hat. Set aside to harden.
Step 2/3
Create two spheres with green candy melts to form the head. Fill each half with ice cream, then press them together to seal, creating a round green "witch's head." Allow it to set.
Step 3/3
Use melted dark chocolate to pipe facial features. Add candies for extra detail, such as eyes and hair. Place the chocolate-coated cone on top of the decorated sphere to complete the witch’s look. Serve with additional ice cream and enjoy!
