Start by scooping ice cream into a cake pan and placing a cake layer on top. Flip the pan to invert the ice cream and cake, then cover with buttercream. Add a second, smaller cake layer on top and frost it with buttercream as well.

Cut ice cream cones in half and arrange them around the bottom tier, drizzling the insides with melted chocolate. Fill the cones with different colored ice cream and decorate with sprinkles. Finally, stick ice cream bars into the top tier of the cake. Serve and enjoy!
