Step 1/3
In a pan melt the lollipops and add a dash of water to create a syrup. In a cocktail shaker add the syrup, ice, mint leaves and some Jack Daniel's. Shake and pour into glasses.
Step 2/3
In a bowl crumble the pound cake. Mix with milk and icing. Place on a sheet of parchment paper and add another sheet on top. Roll out into a rectangle. Remove top sheet of parchment paper and cover everything with icing. Add slices of strawberries and roll everything onto itself.
Step 3/3
Cut into slices and place on a plate. Sprinkle with strawberry glaze. Add slices of strawberries and mint. Serve with the cocktail and enjoy!
