Ingredients for 6 people

1 carton strawberries

1/4 cup of sugar

1 cup of mascarpone

1 cup of peanut butter

2 cups of heavy cream

1 loaf sandwich bread

1 cup of strawberry jam


Tools

Square plate

Hand mixer

Toaster


Step 1/3

Cut the strawberries into thin slices and use them to line the bottom and sides of a plastic wrap-lined dish. Use the hand mixer to whip the mascarpone, sugar, peanut butter, and heavy cream together. Spread one third of this mixture in the bottom of the dish.

Step 2/3

Toast the bread slices, cut them into thirds, and cover them thoroughly with jam. Arrange half of them in a neat layer in the dish. Cover with another layer of whipped cream.

Step 3/3

Lay the other half of the bread slices on top of the whipped cream and cover with the remaining whipped cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours and unmold from the dish, upside down on a tray. Slice and enjoy!
