Total time: 1 hour

Ingredients for 8 people

1 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup of butter, melted

2 apples

2 cups of cottage cheese

6 tbsp of butter

6 eggs

2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream

1/2 tsp of salt

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tbsp of vanilla extract

cooked spiral egg noodles

1 cup of white chocolate

blue food coloring

Tools

Kitchen twine

Bubble tea straws or milkshake straws

Loaf pan

Step 1/4

Mix the 2 tbsp of heavy cream with the brown sugar. Spread this mixture in the bottom of a loaf pan and a ramekin and pour the melted butter on top of both. Peel and slice the apples and add a layer apple slices to the bread pan and ramekin.

Step 2/4

Mix the cottage cheese, butter, eggs, heavy cream, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir in the cooked noodles. Fill the bread pan and ramekin with this mixture and bake for 45 minutes at 375 °F.

Step 3/4

Melt the white chocolate and separate into 2 bowls. Use food coloring to make one bowl blue. Cut the twine into pieces, thread it through the straws, and use tape to seal one side of each straw. Fill half of the straws with white chocolate and the other half with blue chocolate and chill until hardened.

Step 4/4

Once out of the oven, unmold the cake upside down with the apple side up. Unmold the small ramekin cake the same way and place it the on top of the large cake. Remove the white chocolate sticks from the straws and insert them in the cake. Light the candles and enjoy!
