1 large spicy lamb sausage
20 ml olive oil
200 g grated mozzarella
1 tomato
1 pizza dough
Oregano
Step 1/2
Cook sausage in pan until golden, place on pizza dough and separate. Pull the pizza dough around the edge and centre to make a crust.
Step 2/2
Fill holes with grated mozzarella, top with diced tomatoes and oregano. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
