Description
What better way to celebrate spring than with fresh and raw veggies? This recipe is so full of flavor and crunch that it'll become your new avocado toast.
Step 1/3
Toast your slices of bread for about 3 minutes.
Step 2/3
In a bowl, combine your fresh peas, the olive oil, lemon zest, a squeeze of lemon juice, cumin, finely grated garlic, piquillo peppers, salt and pepper, and two pinches of sugar.
Step 3/3
Slice open the burrata and spoon a tablespoon of cheese over your toasts. Then add a tablespoon of the pea salad on top of the cheese. Eat immediately and enoy!
Tip
Don't have piquillo peppers? You can substitute them with roasted red peppers.
