Step 1/2
Use gingerbread and heart-shaped cookie cutters to create outlines on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Fill the shapes with pancake batter and bake until golden.
Step 2/2
Once cooked, decorate the pancakes with melted dark chocolate, white chocolate, red candy melts, whipped cream, and candies to transform them into Santa Claus and reindeer designs. Serve and enjoy!
