Bunny Rolls & Ice Cream Cake! The perfect springtime treat

Ingredients for 6 people
cinnamon roll dough
glaze
pretzels
white chocolate
food coloring
oreos
ice cream
raisins
Step 1/3
Place the pretzels on a sheet of parchment paper and decorate them with melted and dyed white chocolate to create vegetables (carrots, cabbage, pumpkins and radishes). Refrigerate to set.
Step 2/3
Cut and shape the cinnamon roll doll to create bunnies. Add raisins for the eyes, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake 15 minutes at 350°F. Allow to cool completely and pour glaze on top.
Step 3/3
Crumble the oreos and press half of the cookies in a pie mold. Add 6 cups of ice cream, smooth with a spatula and sprinkle with additional oreo crumbs. Place the bunnies and vegetables on top, serve and enjoy!
