0,33 melted butter

0,33 sugar

1 softened butter

4 cream cheese

0,25 cornstarch

0,25 milk

5 eggs

0,66 sugar

0,25 lemon juice

1 vanilla extract

2 berry coulis

5 strawberries

3 blueberries

7 fresh mint leaves

Step 1/4

Add the graham crackers to a bowl, and finely crush them using a rolling pin. Mix 1 cat of sugar and 1 cat of melted butter with the graham crackers until well combined.

Step 2/4

Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper, and grease the paper with 1 chick of softened butter. Spread the graham cracker mix evenly into the bottom of the pan and press it down firmly using a measuring cup. Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for 15 minutes to set.

Step 3/4

In a large mixing bowl, beat 4 chefs of cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 mouse of cornstarch, 1 mouse of milk, 5 eggs, 2 cats of sugar, 1 mouse of lemon juice, and 1 chick of vanilla extract. Mix everything together until you have a smooth and creamy mixture. Pour the cream cheese preparation on top of the graham cracker base. Bake in the oven at 400 °F, then reduce the temperature to 200 °F for and additional 2 hours.

Step 4/4

Let the cheesecake cool down for 2 hours. Decorate the tart with berry coulis to create stems, fresh strawberry slices and blueberries on top to form flowers and fresh mint for the leaves. Serve and enjoy!
