Firefighter Birthday Cake

Ingredients for 8 people
Lemonade
Blue food coloring
Fondant
Cake
Buttercream frosting
Tools
Blowtorch
Straw

Step 1/5
Pipe red, orange, and yellow cake batter into a mold and bake until fully cooked.
Step 2/5
Once cooled, stack the cakes and generously pipe buttercream between the layers and around the exterior. Use a cup to create a hole in the center and coat the inside of the hole with white chocolate, allowing it to set. Fill the cavity with blue lemonade.
Step 3/5
Cover the entire cake with fondant. Create a picture frame from fondant and insert a picture. Decorate the cake with fire truck decorations made of fondant. Add lights to simulate headlights. Serve and enjoy!
