buttercream frosting
cake
cupcakes
ice cream cone
candy melts
melted milk chocolate
Step 1/2
Scoop the chocolate buttercream into small spheres and chill until set. Arrange the spheres on top of the cake to form the teddy bear's head and body. Use extra buttercream and melted milk chocolate to add the bear's facial features.
Step 2/2
For the bear's hand, place a half cupcake, and create a birthday hat by coating an ice cream cone with red candy melts. Place the cone on the bear's head and add a candle to the cupcake. Serve, and enjoy!
