Pour the melted chocolate onto parchment paper, creating a circle for the frog's body. Place a slice of kiwi on top of the chocolate circle. Add candy eyes to the kiwi. Using the melted chocolate, pipe on the arms and legs. Cut a fruit roll-up into a long, thin strip for the frog's tongue and attach it. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm. Serve and enjoy!
