Apply yellow, orange, and red buttercream in layers on a long piece of parchment paper strip. Wrap it around the cake and ensure a smooth surface. Slice a portion of the cake to create a cake pop.
Step 2/2
Position the cake with the cut side facing down. Mold the cake pop into the face and body of a turkey on the side of the cake. Use the three buttercream colors to create feathers near the head and body. Attach sugar eyes to the turkey and use extra buttercream to highlight the features. Serve and enjoy!
