Total time : 2 h 45

Preparation : 30 min, Cooking : 15 min, Resting : 2 h

Ingredients for 6 people

0,5 spinach

1 yeast

0,5 water

4 water

0,3 butter

1 salt

0,5 milk

1 olive oil

3 ham

13 mini mozzarella balls

8 cherry tomatoes

10 arugula

2 breadsticks

mayonnaise

4 black olives

balsamic vinegar

Step 1/4

Clean the spinach, cook them for a few minutes in boiling water, chop them, and set aside. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, then mix it with the flour, butter, salt, and milk. Incorporate the spinach and knead the dough with the reMayning flour. Place the dough ball in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Step 2/4

Brush the dough with 1 tsp of olive oil. Shape 8 large balls and 12 small balls of dough, then arrange them in a circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover everything with a large bowl and let it rise for 1 hour.

Step 3/4

Brush the reMayning olive oil onto the dough balls using a brush, then bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 390 °F. Slice the dough balls horizontally. Place slices of ham, mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes cut in half, arugula leaves, and then cover with the top of the dough.

Step 4/4

Cut the breadsticks into pieces, insert the breadsticks into the small balls of dough, then place two on each head to form the frog's eyes. Place dots of mayonnaise on each eye and add a slice of black olive on top. Draw the frogs' nostrils with balsamic vinegar, then enjoy!
