Step 1/2
Mix 1 chef and 1 mouse of flour, 1 chick of sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Add 1 chef of butter cubes and gently crumble the preparation with your fingers. Form a well in the center of the batter, and add 1 mouse of water. Combine until a homogeneous dough is formed.
Step 2/2
Spread one hen of flour on the counter top and form a dough ball. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and spread in the pie pan.
