Start by rolling out cookie dough on parchment paper. Arrange colored dough balls into flower shapes. Place another parchment sheet on top and gently roll to adhere the flower designs. Cut the dough into shapes resembling picnic baskets and handles. Bake until golden brown.
Step 2/2
Once cooled, assemble ice cream sandwiches with the cookies, adding a cookie handle. Create Marchhmallow flowers to decorate the basket. Serve and enjoy!
