Line a square and a round Pyrex dish with bacon slices. Pour cornbread batter over the bacon, then sprinkle with cheddar and jalapenos. Add another layer of batter and bake until golden.

Assemble the square cornbread on top of the round one to create a graduation cap shape. Drizzle with spiced honey, and garnish with a jalapeno slice and a sprig of dill. Serve and enjoy!
