Step 1/2
Cut a sandwich loaf lengthwise into 3 parts. Add cheese and ham to the edges. Dig out the inside. Add eggs, cooked bacon bits, sauteed onions and heavy cream. Stack the slices of bread. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350°F.
Step 2/2
Cut vegetable into strips and arrange them in a triangle. Add bechamel sauce and roll into croissants. Bake until done. Place the croissants on the sandwiches and enjoy!
