Take a loaf of country bread and cut it widthwise. Take the top of the bread and cut it into triangles. Take a lid and cut the bottom part of the bread into a circle. In a large glass bowl place the bread circle on the bottom and add a small bowl on top of the bread. Place the bread triangles all around the small bowl. Remove the small bowl and fill the center of the bread with bechamel sauce. Add grated emmental cheese and a round slice of ham. Create more layers of ham and bechamel sauce. Add more grated cheese on top and bake 20 minutes at 350°F.

Fry the mashed potatoes in the hot oil to make French fries and set aside.

Step 3/3

Cook the eggs sunny-side up and season with Chefclub egg seasoning. Add to the middle of the bread and sprinkle with cooked bacon bits. Serve with the fries and enjoy!
