Step 1/3

Melt the white chocolate and pour into coffee cups. Flip upside down to remove excess. Melt dark chocolate into coffee lids and remove excess. Place in the freezer to set. Unmold the chocolate cups and add coffee ice cubes inside. Add cream, simple syrup, coffee and vanilla vodka. Set aside.

Step 2/3

Coat coffee beans with melted dark chocolate. Add cake batter to a pan. Sprinkle with coffee and cream. Bake for 30 minutes. Once the cake has cooled cover with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with the chocolate coffee beans. Set in the fridge to set.

Step 3/3

Cut the cake into squares and serve with the coffee cocktails. Enjoy!
