Step 1/2
Skewer strawberries an dip into melted milk chocolate. Place in ice water to set. Coat with pancake batter and fry in hot oil. Dust with powdered sugar and set aside.

Remove the top half of a chocolate truffle to scoop out the filling and replace with Pop Rocks. Take a slice of bread and scoop your ice cream on top. Make a hole and place your Pop Rocks truffle inside. Place another slice of bread on top, cut into a circle and seal. Freeze to set. Melt sugar and some butter in a pan. Coat the bread on both sides with the caramel and set aside. Mix jello, vanilla pudding, butter and flour together. Bake until golden. Melt some white chocolate and dip half of the bread in it. Dip the white chocolate in the jello mixture. Serve with the strawberry skewers and enjoy!
