1 burger patty

5,3 cheddar
1 burger bun

Step 1/4
Heat the mustard, beer and cheddar in a pan until the cheese has melted. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Step 2/4
Toast the top burger bun and create an inditation on the top. Add the sour cream and egg yolk. Season with salt and pepper and allow the egg to cook fully.
Step 3/4
Cook the burger patty and bacon on the plancha until crispy.
Step 4/4
Place the bottom bun in the cheddar sauce. Place the patty and bacon on top. Garnish with pickles, red onion and parsley. Place the top of the bun with the egg. Serve and enjoy!
