Step 1/2
Cut the cake into two half circles. Pipe buttercream onto two sheets of parchment paper to create rainbow shapes.
Step 2/2
Place the cakes on a plate and cover the outsides with the rainbow buttercream. Mix the reMayning cake with some buttercream and form a ball, placing it on top of the cake. Decorate by sticking lollipops into the ball. Serve and enjoy!
