Step 1/2
Fold the tortilla and dip the edges in cooked beef fat. Lay flat on the grill and sprinkle cheddar on the edges. Fill the center with refried beans and place another dipped-tortilla on top. Flip, add cheddar, cilantro rice and birria beef on top. Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes and red onions. Drizzle with sour cream and set aside.
Step 2/2
Prepare your roasted and deseeded jalapeños. Stuff with the beef and cheddar. Coat in flour, followed by egg and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with tortilla pizza and enjoy!
