Make shallow slits towards the center of a round puff pastry, being careful not to cut all the way through. Spread cream cheese and strawberry jam along the edges, then fold the dough over to form a heart shape. Brush with egg wash. Bake until golden and fully cooked. Top with icing sugar, serve and enjoy!
