Step 1/2
Arrange alternating white and green tortillas around the edge of a cake ring. Fill the center with layers of sour cream, bell peppers, refried beans, pico de gallo, jalapeños, nacho cheese, ground beef, and guacamole. Close the tortillas over the layers. Place a half tortilla of each color on top. Add a dollop of sour cream on top, sprinkle with bell peppers and cilantro.
Step 2/2
Take some of the toppings and place them on a tortilla, then fold it into a triangle.Toast the triangles on both sides. Place the triangles around the dip tower. Serve and enjoy!
