Step 1/4
Cut the brioche buns in half widthwise, skewer and soak in custard. Toast in melted butter until golden and set aside.
Step 2/4
Mix the ground sausage, ground beef, breadcrumbs and eggs. Shape into a large rectangle and cook on the grill. Top with cheddar slices and set aside.
Step 3/4
Heat your pan with oil and add the beaten eggs followed by the sliced vegetables. Cook the omelet until done.
Step 4/4
Top each bun with the ground meat mixture and omelet. Close the sliders, drizzle with maple syrup, serve with berries and enjoy!
