2 mussels
8 butter
1 beer
3 garlic
1 rosemary
1,5 chorizo
1 onions
3 parsley
2 potatoes

Step 1/3
Place a large sauté pan over medium heat and add in the onions, chorizo, and butter. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the chopped garlic. Add the mussels to the pan.
Step 2/3
Once the mixture begins to steam, add in the beer and then wrap the pan with cling wrap. Allow to steam for 5-8 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 3/3
Slice the potatoes very thinly and then add to your pan in a spiral pattern. Cook on medium heat with olive oil to fry them. Flip over and cook the other side. Serve with the mussels and some chopped parsley on top. Enjoy!
