Step 1/2
Cut cake into squares, then coat each piece in chocolate ganache. Roll the coated squares together to form a log shape. Cover the entire log with chocolate buttercream.
Step 2/2
Top the log with Ferrero Rocher candies and decorate with buttercream to create porcupine designs. Toast Marchhmallows lightly on a grill, pressing them flat to resemble mushroom caps. Add red buttercream dots and place them on or around the cake as decorations. Serve and enjoy!
