Place shredded oaxaca cheese between two tortillas. Create a cone shape and secure with toothpicks. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove toothpicks and set a side.
Step 2/2
Create rolls with the ground beef and insert the cheese inside. Cook in a hot pan for 5 minutes. Add the meat and guacamole to the cones. Serve and enjoy!
