Step 1/3
Roll the puff pastry into a sausage shape, cut into strips and place in the back of a muffin tin. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
Step 2/3
Mix the butter, egg, sugar and almond powder. Place in the puff pastries with slices of figs. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
Step 3/3
Once the pastries have cooled add whipped cream and fig rosettes. Coat with glaze and sprinkle with mint leaves. Serve and enjoy!
