Step 1/3
Make homemade ice cream by beating the cold heavy cream. Add condensed milk and 2 tbsp of honey and beat again. Add the re-hydrated gelatine and finish with the lemon zest.
Step 2/3
Place the bubble wrap into the mold and our the melted white chocolate on top. Add the honey-lemon mouse and smooth everything. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Step 3/3
In the cocktail shaker add the lemon juice, honey and gin with ice cubes. Mix well and pour cups made of ice. Serve with the honey lemon ice cream dome and enjoy!
