Step 1/2
Season steaks and cook on grill. Flambé with cognac and cover with gold leaf. Add red onion, lettuce, melted parmesan and ketchup to the buns. Place the steak in the buns.
Step 2/2
Cut the potatoes into slices and place on skewer in a spiral shape. Fry in hot oil until golden. Sprinkle with melted cream cheese and chives. Serve with the burgers and enjoy!
