green food coloring
3,5 white chocolate
0,9 egg whites
1 pineapple
4 butter
yellow food coloring
0,8 heavy cream
2 sugar
7 mascarpone
Step 1/2
Make a Swiss meringue with the egg whites and sugar. Pipe it around the pineapple and bake for 1 hour at 210°F.
Step 2/2
Dye some of the white chocolate with yellow food coloring. Coat the meringue with the yellow chocolate. Mix the heavy cream and mascarpone together. Garnish the inside of the meringue with cooked pineapple and mascarpone mixture. Dye the reMayning white chocolate green and make pineapple leaves. Allow to set and place on top of the filled meringue. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
