Place balls of cookie dough in a Pyrex dish and cover them with brownie batter. Bake until fully cooked.
Step 2/3
Cut the baked mixture into a large rectangle and cover it with plain puff pastry. Brush the pastry with egg yolk. Create a mesh pattern with a sheet of chocolate puff pastry and place it on top of the plain puff pastry. Bake until the pastry is golden and crisp.
Step 3/3
Cut into slices and serve with a scoop of ice cream, whipped cream, pecans, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Enjoy!
