1 onion, chopped

12 babybel cheeses

Step 1/8
Peel the potatoes and slice them into 12 parts. Cook in salted water until they are soft, but no fully cooked. Place the slices on a lined baking tray and brush with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes at 340 °F.
Step 2/8
Mix the ground beef with the minced onion, 1 egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Form 12 mini-burgers and cook them in a skillet with olive oil.
Step 3/8
Unwrap the Babybel cheeses and coat them in flour, 2 beaten eggs, and finally breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 4/8
Alternately place the fried cheeses, burger, and potatoes on each skewer. Enjoy by dipping in ketchup or your favorite sauce.
