Ingredients for 6 people

pickles

ketchup

1 tomato

1 egg

salt & pepper

1 parsley

1 ground beef

6 cheddar

mustard

2 mashed potatoes

2 lettuce

caramelized onions

oil

6 hamburger buns

Step 1/5

Roll the buns out with the rolling pin and cut the tops of the bun. Place the tops around the outer edge of the pie pan to form the exterior of the crust. Add the flattened bottom buns in the center to form the base of the crust. Add half of the shredded cheddar to the center of the pan over the bottom buns. Set aside.

Combine the ground beef, egg, caramelized onions, the reMayning shredded cheddar, salt and pepper in the mixing bowl.Place the beef mixture on a sheet of parchment paper. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper, then roll the mixture out. Cut the mixture into strips, then roll each strip up into a roll - removing the parchment paper as you go.

Heat the pan over medium high heat then carefully add the burger roll to the pan and sear on all sides. Then, add the bun crust and the burger to the oven for 10 minutes at 375 °F.

Add the mashed potatoes to the piping bag. Place one of the round wire racks into the oil, then pipe the mashed potatoes into the hot oil in a wide spiral. Fry on borht sides until golden.

Step 5/5

Cut the lettuce in half, then remove the center. Add the burger roll to the center of the lettuce, then add the lettuce to the center of the pie crust on top of the melted cheddar. Add the potato spiral around the lettuce, then garnish the burger roll with the tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, mustard and parley. Serve and enjoy!
