Ingredients for 6 people

ketchup

pickles

hot dogs

hot dog buns

jalapeños

mustard

ground beef

salt & pepper

breadcrumbs

bbq seasoning

mayonnaise

chips

worcestershire sauce

lettuce

tomatoes

Step 1/3

Pass kitchen twine through the hot dogs and hang them. Cut a slit down the side and garnish with jalapeño slices. Remove the kitchen twise and set aside.

Step 2/3

Mix the ground beef with BBQ seasoning, salt, pepper, eggs, worcestershire sauce and breadcrumbs. Place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and press down with a smaller baking dish. Press the hot dogs into the ground beef and cover them. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Drizzle the plancha with mustard and cook the ground beef on both sides.

Step 3/3

Sprinkle the grill with cheddar cheese and place the hot dog buns face down on top. Allow the cheese to melt. Garnish the hot dog buns with a slice of the ground beef and hot dogs. Add lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. Serve with chips and enjoy!
