Take the brownie loaf and create a rectangular cavity by cutting into it. Cover the inside with melted white chocolate and allow to set.

Slice the banana, sprinkle it with brown sugar, and ignite it with rum for a flambe effect.
Step 3/3
Layer the flambeed bananas, whipped cream, ice cream bars, and the reMayning crumbled brownie inside the brownie cavity. Top with additional whipped cream, caramel sauce and pecans. Serve and enjoy!
