Cut hot dogs in half. Layer three circles of puff pastry, each smaller than the last. Make cuts toward the center of each circle. Place a ramekin in the middle. Spread ketchup and mustard on the pastry and wrap it around the hot dogs, stacking to form a 'tower'.

Step 2/2

Fill the ramekin with béchamel and cheddar. Brush the pastry with egg wash, sprinkle with fried onions, and bake until golden. Serve the pigs in a blanket with cheese sauce for dipping and enjoy!
