Pipe buttercream onto parchment paper to shape the Grinch’s face and set aside.
Step 2/2
Spread buttercream over the cake, then carefully roll it into a Yule log and refrigerate to set. Once set, attach the Grinch face to the log, and use additional buttercream to create his Santa hat. Serve and enjoy!
