Step 1/2
Wrap foil around a can and then wrap a strip of croissant dough around the foil. Repeat the process with a smaller cylinder and place both on a baking sheet. Cut thin strips of croissant dough and place strips of cookie dough on top, then roll up. Wrap four strips of croissant dough around the tips of the foil tubes. Brush with egg wash and bake until golden brown.
Step 2/2
Brush the baked pieces with sugar syrup and remove from foil. Fill the larger piece with edible cookie dough. Assemble the different components with melted milk chocolate to create a teddy bear. Decorate with chocolate, serve and enjoy!
