Prepare pineapple slices by cooking them in a glaze made from bourbon and sugar.
Step 2/2
Coat a cast iron pan with garlic butter and place a pizza dough on it. Layer the pizza dough with mozzarella, jalapenos, and basil. Top it with another pizza dough and cover it with tomato sauce, bourbon-infused pineapple, mozzarella, and ham. Bake in the oven until fully cooked. Serve and enjoy!
